All orders require a valid street address for shipment as UPS does not deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes. Although Anchor Packaging Company will make every effort to honor web shipping quotes, all shipping charges quoted via our web site are estimations only and subject to change. In the event that Anchor Packaging Company cannot honor a shipping quote, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Anchor Packaging Company can also ship using other carriers that may be more cost effective than UPS. If you wish to inquire about alternate carriers, please call during normal business hours.

* Free shipping applies to orders shipping to the continental United States that total a minimum of $750.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURNS
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Damaged or missing merchandise must be noted on the freight bill. Claims should be filed with the carrier. Please contact customer service for return authorization within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in original shipping containers and in good condition.
